This is a 3 week program designed to holistically free you from limiting beliefs and move you forward in life.
Whether you can name your blockage or not, it doesn’t matter. What you are struggling with can be symptoms to an underlying issue. Through our sessions, we guide you to uncover and understand the root of your struggles, liberating you from the obstacles holding you back, and move you forward in an empowering way.

Working with the mind

Our subconscious mind is our habit mind.
It makes up 95% of our brain activity, and stores everything we’ve learnt and experienced in life - These stored experiences shape our identity, influence our outlook on life, and determine our reactions to certain things. It’s much like the brain's hard drive, constantly being programmed with life's data.

The conscious mind only makes up 5% of our brain activity, and is responsible for our thoughts, choices, and desires. When your conscious mind is lost in thinking, your subconscious mind automatically determines your behavior.

The conscious and subconscious minds shape who we are and who we are becoming. If you're trying to make changes in your life, the 5% willpower in our conscious mind isn't enough to create total, permanent change. While our conscious mind can change easily, the subconscious mind is more resistant and requires much more convincing.

To change our lives, we must ingrain this desired change daily to rewire our subconscious.

Through RTT hypnotherapy, we work directly with the subconscious mind to help integrate your desired positive changes, so that your transformation can occur quickly and permanently.
